These terms cover your use of Gatherwise at gatherwise.app, operated by James Jackson Leach. By using Gatherwise, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how the service handles information.
Your account
Use an account and sign-in method you control. Keep email links and SMS codes private, protect the email or social account you use to sign in, and contact us if you believe someone has accessed your Gatherwise account without permission. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
Event and attendee information
Import and use attendee information only when you have authority to do so. Give attendees any notices and obtain any permissions required for your event and use of their information. Keep imported information and host notes relevant to legitimate event preparation. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information unrelated to this purpose.
You retain the rights you have in content you submit. You authorize Gatherwise and its service providers to process that content to operate the features you use and respond to your support requests. Importing information does not give you additional rights to use it or to reuse material from linked sources.
Appropriate use
Do not use Gatherwise to harass people, send unsolicited bulk messages, impersonate someone, publish private attendee information without authorization, or attempt to access another person's workspace. Do not interfere with the service or bypass its access controls and usage limits. We may restrict access to address misuse, protect other users or investigate unauthorized activity.
Evidence and early access
Gatherwise is an early access product. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable, and data may be incomplete or incorrect. Review source evidence and confirm identity before relying on an attendee summary or match. A missing match does not establish that someone lacks a particular accomplishment. Gatherwise is an event-preparation tool, not an employment, credit or eligibility-screening service.
The current customer release stores imported attendee records and organizes workspace information. Live professional research, automatic event-platform connections and some sign-in methods are still being configured. A disabled control or displayed research allowance does not mean those services are available. The current release does not process payments or start a paid subscription.
Leaving and requesting changes
You may stop using Gatherwise at any time. Signing out does not delete account or event records. For account closure, corrections or deletion requests, email jamesjacksonleach@gmail.com. Requests are handled manually as described in the Privacy Notice.
