A few things worth knowing.

What does a research credit cover?

Credits provide capacity for basic professional profile research. Opening saved results, filtering your list, shortlisting and taking notes do not use research credits. A lookup may return limited information or no useful profile; the final plan terms are shown before purchase.

Does importing guests start research automatically?

After a confirmed paid purchase, automatic enrichment starts for events without a saved preference. It researches eligible guests already on your list and new RSVPs, using your available credits. It pauses when credits run out. Turn it off in Intelligence settings to choose guests manually; saved choices stay unchanged.

Where do I enter a coupon?

Choose an available paid plan and continue to Stripe Checkout. Enter your code in its promotion-code field and review the updated total before paying.

Is AI chat or a team workspace included?

AI chat, deeper web research, full team/client administration and external API/MCP access are not included in the current Research Credit Pack. Monthly plans and Enterprise describe future or separately agreed scope.

Do purchased credits expire or qualify for a refund?

Purchased credits never expire. Purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or a refund. Use purchased credits across current and future events in your account. For a payment or credit error, contact trygatherwise@gmail.com.

Will I lose my notes when credits run out?

No. Your saved workspace remains available. Running out of research credits does not prevent you from using your notes, shortlists or existing profiles.
